Do you feel happy when you hear good news?

Many people don't feel happy when they hear good news. Some of them can't be happy because they have problems. I met strangers who were so happy when I told them good news. In my opinion, these people are very kind. Sometimes even our family isn't happy when we share good news. They are unhappy and they can't feel joy.
Can you feel happy when a stranger tells you good news?

It really depends on the news and the person. A good one for you may not be the same for the other. Suppose, someone who is jealous of you will hardly feel happy hearing you achieve success.

Yes true that it depends on the person. If good news comes from for, then it's not a 'good' news for me anymore.

Depends upon the good news. I'm happy with the good news that been good for me as well as good for everyone. But if this good news is only good for the one delivery the good news it's became some sort of odd.

If the news does not offend anyone and there is something that is really good, I feel enormous happiness.

I am. It's just that I find happiness infectious and seeing anyone happy makes me happy

It's wierd. I feel that family is first to feel happy about our good news. I feel happy to hear happy news from my dear ones. Glad that you found people who were happy about your good news
