Yesterday I have a super busy day again. I forget to visit mylot. So this morning I decided to go there. Actually yesterday I helped my family to handle some stuff moving to another home, that day is so very stressful cause the vehicle we use is getting a problem. So we need to walk while we holding a heavy stuffs. This time my back is have a little pain I guess this is a Muscle Pain. Do you already experience this kind of pain at your back, what will you do? Can I get some suggestion.

I use KOBAYASHI Ammeltz Lotion, a product of Japan. I find it very effective. Not sure if it's available in your place.

It sounds like you strained your back carrying heavy things. Ice and heat on the painful area is good. You can alternate a hot water bottle or heating pad with an ice pack, 20 minutes heat, 20 minutes ice, it will soothe an loosen your back up. You can also take a hot bath with Epsom salts in the water, that also loosens the back. You can also try using tiger balm, icy hot, biofreeze or aspercreme to rub into your sore back, I prefer biofreeze I think it works the best, that and tiger balm. You can also try pain relievers like acetaminophen such as paracetamol/Tylenol, ibuprofen like Advil Motrin and others, or naproxen sodium like aleve. Stretching is also good because being still too much with muscle pain makes it stiffen up and get worse. And just take it easy with yourself for a few days.
