I don't know how you feel if you have a dandruff. You know that itchy flakes in your hair. I'm always using shampoo and something that makes this itchy hair flakes will be removed. Some says that this is because of stress. Is this true? Somewhat, I know by myself that I'm stressed from work, from our monthly budget as well as with some health issues. Transparently speaking, my itchy hair flakes is making my nerves angrier because of it. As of this writing, I'm rubbing my hair and I'm seeing falling flakes down the floor. I hope that there will be a remedy for this? I'm experiencing this for a long time already.

I feel like its snow and its satisfying. But as I know it is not cause by stressed as I watched a video that it is cause by microscopic germs or insects that Drink your blood through the hair and the dandruff is their poop

You have dry skin on your scalp. You probably need to add some oil, to lubricate the skin on your scalp. Also, shampoos are made for this condition and they work good, I've been informed.

I had this problem many years ago. I used Head & Shoulders shampoo. Somehow, the condition improved. I also heard that this could be due to stress.

I think the main cause of your dandruff is probably you have chosen the wrong shampoo or you changed shampoo many times. You should immediately take action; otherwise, flaky dry scalp will never end. How many times do you wash your hair? You should have regular hair washing at least twice a week. This will help, I hope.

@yanzalong A wrong shampoo might be. I'm doing a regular hair washing not only twice a week but almost everyday. The least is 5 times a week. I don't take a bath if the weather is too cold. But I can assure myself that I'm taking a bath includes hair washing at least 5 times a week.
