Do you get bored cooking the same way? I do. I therefore change my ways of cooking now a then to tickle my taste buds for good digestion. I wanted something crispy chicken and therefore decided to make some Indian "keema chop". My mother made them long ago and my father sometimes used to bring them from a Muslim dhaba( small eatery outlet) when we were in school. I still can't forget their delicious taste. I therefore giving it a try after so many years.
The minced chicken stuffing should be preboiled before frying them with onion, garlic, green chillies and garam masala. I stuffed them into a cup of smashed potatoes with rice flour and shallow fried them.

It would actually read 'aromatic spices'. I didn't write that purposefully to allow my friends from the west to do some researching.

@aninditasen Yes, aromatic would have been better fit.

@Sojourn It's the actual term as we have learned it in our English class.
