I was called out for more than 5 minutes non-live

Good evening. It's already 11pm here in the Philippines.
I'm on my lunch break supposedly at 10pm but because I need to attend my customer who can't access the resolution, I need to adjust my lunchtime at 10:22pm.
As I've shared here yesterday about my customer with refund of 5 orders in which I've assisted. My supervisor called out for that, not because of attending refund of 5 orders but because I did a non-live of 16 minutes. What's non-live? We're allowed to tag within 5 minutes before we do our offline activities (break, lunch, etc.). However, due to multiple refunds, I had a 16 minutes non-live in which according to him, our policy, when you already had a non-live and you can't finish that after 5 minutes, you need to go back on live so that you'll be receiving another chat. I didn't expect that I need to go back on live again because I'm about to have a lunch. The worst will be if I'll go back live again, a possibility of long chat again and my lunch break will be deprived. It means, I will not able to do my lunch break for the entire shift if I'll take that passed one hour after my scheduled official lunch time. For example, if my scheduled lunch is 10pm, I need to take that within 10:59pm or else, I'll ni longer enjoy the lunchbreak after 10:59pm. So funny with the policy. In about 10 minutes from now, I'll be going back to live chat. See you soon.

@DevMrSamEleazar I'm sorry for my long explanation. To shorten this, the main issue was my supervisor always looking for my mistakes. I'm thinking that he wanted me to be kicked out of the team. I don't know why?
