A few weeks ago, I was really hooked on one of the series and the series had like 14-16 episodes. It’s been a long time since I stopped watching dramas or series and here I start and watch with an open mouth. I was intrigued by the character development and plot and continue watching till the end. Then, in between, I caught up thinking why am I so invested in this series, is it because of trends on social media or... when it is all about revenge, hatred, cheating, competing for power and positions etc. Now I am confused whether there is any real message I obtained from the series. 
... May be one day I will re watched for entertainment

I wanna see it now lol as I’m craving for a good show. I also always get invested (more than I should ) with the shows I’m watching. The message (if there is any to begin with) will come to you in due time don’t force it.

I agree with you ! I would like to re watch it perhaps 1-2 years later

Yes, I think that's why we as an audience shouldn't take it seriously after all the stories are based on fictional characters and if it's tangibly relatable it would be simply coincidental.
