Weird feeling head...

I've had this weird "pressure" feeling in my head most of the day. Most of the things I've tried to do haven't worked out, so I think next I'll just read--don't know how I could mess that up.
It felt worse when I was up walking--like when I just went to get the mail.
It's 3:30 right now--the day just seemed to zip by--and I haven't even had lunch. I guess I'll have a late lunch/early dinner.

I hope your head feels better later, There is a lot of humidity and heat outside and even though my AC is on I get a slight headache so it can also be due to weather conditions,
