Very Busy Day Again

After the 2 days workload I cannot take enough sleep recently cause the stress I have in work. Usually a day I take 4-5 hours a sleep only and in the morning it cause headache for me. I already drunk a sleeping pills but I observe it’s not working on me.
I guess the reason of this is the super busy day I have recently.
Do you have any remedy for this?

Same as me as well. I don't have complete sleep. I usually do napping only.

@Cha_20 I don't have remedy for this but I'm just waiting for my rest day which will be tomorrow.
