Watching 9/11 One Day in America documentary

Good evening.
After playing bass guitar for about 90 minutes and another 90 minutes for keyboard piano, I decided to watch a documentary of National Geographic entitled "9/11: One Day in America" in which about worst tragic tragedy about the highjacked planes strikes the twin tower World Trade Center. I'm currently watching the Episode 3 about the Collapse. I'm already done watching Episode 2 about the South Tower. The Episode one was about First Response which includes about North Tower.
I remember I was in the high school when it happened. I thought that time it was only a movie because it was live telecast during night time in our time zone.
How old are you when that happened? Where were you that time?

I was an adult, my son was young though. He put an American flag sticker on his bike.

We were cleaning out my in-law's house after they passed away. I was watching TV and thought that a small plane had crashed into one of the Twin Towers. Later on I learned the tragic story.

@LindaOHio There's lots of lives been taken. Heroes, victims (both from planes, planes, responders and even bypassers).
