Hi Everyone!! Can anyone talk about any experience, good or bad, they have had with diet pills. I am thinking I want to try them but even after all of the research I have done, I am still undecided... Thanks

I had a really stupid decision that I booked a free sample weight loss medicine online a few months ago. The thing was I they had some policies I misunderstood. Before I got the sample which was 2 weeks after the booking, they said because I did not call them to cancel the paid version, so they took $150 from my credit card before I try the medicine. I was so angry about that, really bad experience. and the medicine, I tried, no use.

I suggest that you read my entry to this discussion. It comes directly next to yours. I found this method to be very effective for me. I am inclined to believe that it will be good for others, too. Another thing which must be observed if we want to lose weight, is to make sure that we will never feel the pangs of hunger. For this to be achieved, we have to eat food at least every 3 hours in small amounts. It is bad to get our excessive fills every meal time then do it only three meals a day. The tendency of our body will be to store more and more fats in the belly and elsewhere after that, to make sure that we have available fats to supply the needed energy whenever we get the hunger pangs.

I've tried that before but it didn't do much to me.. If you're going to try diet pills I suggest you need to have discipline in your exercise and food intake as well. I don't believe that there is an easy way of getting slim down, some are just even supplements to make you eat less but I suggest you think about this.. :)
