Kind of Bummed now

I was planning to go with my girls to take my grandkids back to the children's home that they have been placed at for now. But they probably won't be going back till at least tomorrow. I am not sure if I will be able to go with her then, but I hope so. I haven't seen Sophia this whole time since she had covid and my health is such that if I get it, it could be very bad on me.
Also I kind of need a day out. I get depressed if I don't get time away from here. I go outside a lot when I get this way. I don't walk very well now days but, when I go outside, I do try to walk a bit more.
Ever just get house bound and feel like you just need a break from your room? Or need some fresh air not air conditioning?

No, not really. But, then I make it a habit to go out daily. Unless I'm so sick I physically can't move. I try to be as active as possible.

@kaylachan I find myself the last little while going out really early in the morning while it is still dark and staying out till the sun is up.

@jeanena Here in Florida, during the summer, that's still pretty hot. But, if I had night vision I'd probably do the same.
