My first promoter for the month of August

Good morning. It's 3:39am (Wednesday) already here in the Philippines. I'm still in my night work shift as a customer service representative of an online shopping site for fashion dress and shoes. Since August 1, I had no promoters. Thank God that with my recent customer now gave me a promoter score with his verbatim as: "Luis was amazing and was very fast and responsive! Thank you for helping me out with my order issue! Fast and efficient." I'm looking forward for more productive promoters. Have a great day always.

That's great to know. Although my supervisor is still nagging of me with my July performance that my customer keeps on coming back. He don't even understand that the reason why my customers coming back last July because majority of my customers that time been disconnected due to their internet connection and process issue such as customers asking for a refund now. But based on the process, I can't process a refund right now because need additional time for our warehouse to inspect the return. And mostly I advise them to go back tomorrow.

@luisga814 That's just life of a customer service rep I am afraid. You can't please anyone and everyone. You do your job to the best of your ability.

@LindaOHio As of now, I have 2 promoters and 1 passive. Passive means in between detractor and promoter. Customer gave me 8 out of 10. Good conversation but not enough. That makes +67
