Movie Review-Dr. Strange

Dr. Strange Multiverse of Madness gave me mixed opinions. My daughter took me to see it for Mother's Day since I am a Dr. Strange fan. While the casting, performances, and special effects were amazing, the content was controversial. For Christians, the cultic overtones and inclusion of a gay couple was disturbing. For adults, the movie was good, as long as they are not influenced by Hollywood. However, it is not child appropriate. With the antagonist being the Scarlett Witch, you have to expect some satanic overtones, but they were so strongly prevalent, it would be a bad choice for child viewing. And the inclusion of the gay couple, as usual, is to desensitize people to that lifestyle. Again, it is more appropriate for adults than children. While it is a good movie, and I enjoyed it, I would not purchase it. Unlike the first Dr. Strange movie, I would not watch it numerous times. The best part of the movie was time spent with my daughter.
