Have MARVEL STUDIOS redefined ''Reboot'' with SPIDERMAN: NO WAY HOME?

This question occurs to me when--before watching THE AMAZING SPIDERMAN (starring Andrew Garfield as the web-slinger)--I see that NETFLIX still calls the film "a SPIDERMAN reboot" (even though SPIDERMAN: NO WAY HOME reveals that (I know I'm not SPOILING the plot much more than 'any trailer' or 'any Youtube-video about the movie'; but I ought to put a SPOILER WARNING here just in case ... (and I could go into a whole discussion about 'how SPOILER WARNINGS don't actually work (or how they actually DO work ... the same way prayers do ... but I digress)'---but I digress) SM:NWH reveals that Garfield's Spiderman & Tobey Maguire's Spiderman & Tom Holland's Spiderman (and probably each of the other 'Spiderman's) are DIFFERENT SPIDERMANs from parallel universes. Why do they still call it "the MARVEL Cinematic Universe," anyway? I haven't seen it called "the MARVEL Cinematic Multiverse" unless I go and search for those specific words! https://www.bing.com/search?q=marvel%20cinematic
