Let's see what we can grow.

I think I posted last week about how I took an old truck tire and an old four wheeler tire and painted them with spray paint to use as planters. Well over the weekend the other half filled them with soil so that I could plant in them and yesterday I did just that. In the red one I planted sugar baby watermelons and in the orange one I planted pumpkins. I've had the pumpkin seeds since last year, and just got the watermelon seeds a few weeks ago. Hopefully I didn't wait till too late on the year to get stuff planted. I don't think I did since it's still eighty something degrees outside and we probably have two full-months of this weather left.

This is a very creative idea. I like your tire pot. I think planting flowers will be much more beautiful.

How cute and I love this idea. You should still have time for them to grow. I have never planted either one but it will be fun to watch. Love the colors.
