It's Been One Year Since We've Lost Momma.

It was probably around this time last year that my world came crashing down. We found out that Momma's heart stopped beating at the hospital, and they were doing CPR. Obviously, we couldn't get her back. :( I cannot believe it's been a whole year without Momma. It's so surreal, and not in a good way. There's so much I wish I could've shared with her, from getting tickets to my favorite band to needing to talk to her when someone hurt my feelings. I feel the reminder every day that she's gone, and it's just not fair that we lost her. She was supposed to get better and come home. :( I know people say to "think of the good times" - and it's not that I don't think of them, but it still hurts all the same. You just don't stop missing someone or grieving a year later, especially a parent who was always there. Now she's not here. There's not a day goes by that I don't think of her or "talk" to her. I know she's with Daddy now, and I miss them both so much. Rest in Peace, Momma. I love you to the moon and back. Photo Credit: It's my picture; edited with Instagram.
