Peppie is most comfortable in this chair as you can see in these photos. I just do not have the heart to displace him in anyway.
I am seriously thinking of buying a chair for me with two arms
Cats play a huge role in our lives adding cheer by their endearing behaviour.
The chair is for Peppie and it is official

Obviously any chair you have is for the cat, no human is allowed to sit there. You should be grateful to the cat when you are allowed to sit!

If you love peppie that much then I guess you buy a new one for you but I guess one of these days they will take that over from you. 
I think one thing that a pet would stay in one place is the smell of their masters. Sometimes they stay there because they smell you.
