Hope you are in good health.
Today the weather is uncertain. Sometimes hot, sometimes raining. I think it is the weather that is not good for health, because yesterday I was not feeling well for two days.

It's hot, about 32C in the afternoon. Already cools down a bit because in July, the temperature was 37C.

It’s nice here in Zambia 24C-29C but the nights are getting hotter. The cold season is ending so I’m bracing myself for the hot days ahead.
