I Looked-up 'Third Parties,' thinking I'd only find 3 or 4; but ... really? All these?

You know America's politics run mostly on a two-party system---currently known as Democrats & Republicans. (In my State, I think you can also register as Libertarian; if you don't register as Independent/No-Party.)
And your party is important because (at least in my State) you can only vote in the Primaries of the party you register-with (although I think my State's Democratic Party also lets Libertarians & Ind./NPs vote in their Primaries).
I think the General Election is when these Third Parties' candidates have 'a shot' (a smaller chance than 'being struck by lightning').

Like the Nazi Party, it's probably based on 'the original meaning of the word' and not -on the popular reputation it gets in the Media.

@MALUSE Maybe, but that is not "the meaning of the word"; it's like the Cross---it's an execution-device, and--if you didn't know the story behind it--most Christians' homes would look fairly sick (like they were obsessed with early Roman execution)!q

BillyJoe (below) directs us to a Wikipedia page that probably lists all of them.
