A Holiday that turned into a Rainy Day

That's what today turned out to be. Today was a holiday on account of the birthday of Sri Krishna. It's called Krishna Janmashtami. The schools were closed and so our children of the foster home were home. That itself gives me bagful of work and keeps me on my toes. Anyway, I was glad to have a short siesta after lunch. I tried to keep the kids busy with carrom, ludo and snake -ladder. They couldn't go out to the playground to play. The good side of the rainy day is that the air has become cool, which is pleasant to feel. Hope tomorrow to be dry day. But who knows , the weather god's have no sympathy for us mortals!
