Those of us who are fans of the Warner Brothers cartoons who remember the battles between the roadrunner versus his nemesis Wile E. Coyote where the roadrunner always beat the coyote in battle in a desert setting.
However it is not a coyote who managed to get the roadrunner trapped. A roadrunner who was in the on the side of the road in North Las Vegas on Monday.
A roadrunner needed to be rescued by the North Las Vegas Animal Protection Services when the roadrunner was trapped by garbage that was in the bush near the road.
After a member of the animal protection service rescued the roadrunner, the employee of the animal protection service took the roadrunner to a veterinarian who has examined roadrunners in the past who will be able to heal the injuries of the roadrunner before releasing him to his home once again.

The same feeling that I have that the roadrunner was rescued by the animal rescue officer in North Las Vegas.

@RubyHawk The funny thing is that the animal rescue officer mentioned kiddingly that the garbage did something that Wile E. Coyote could not do.

I am so glad that the roadrunner was freed from the trash. I hope it will be able to be released to the wild.

I am also happy for the roadrunner being rescued by the animal rescue officer since all roadrunners deserve to be free to run in their homes.

That is true since roadrunners can get into tough times as well.
