New Recipe

Last night, I tried a new recipe. I want our family to start eating healthier. This recipe is called stuffed peppers with spinach ravioli.
My gang liked it. They didn't even complain because there was no bread. It was also served with a salad on the side. I cooked it in the instapot which was simple to do. The only thing I did differently than what the recipe called for, I left out the rice. The hamburger which was mixed with green peppers, tomatoes, banana peppers, onion, cheese, and worstershire sauce, also called for cooked rice. Since there were a few carbs in the raviolis, I decided not to use the rice.
Any suggestions on some healthy, high protein recipes?

That really looks delish! Ravioli is really nice. We sometimes have it. Hamburger (beef) will be in my meal plans soon.
