Almost lost it...

I went to get my mail after my brother left, and after I went and got the mail I continued for my 1/2 hour walk. I had folded my two envelopes up in the catalogs, and was holding them in one hand. When I got to the end of the dirt road at the back of the apartments, I came out on the sidewalk that runs in front of the apartment complex and started down it. I happened to look at my mail, and the one envelope that wasn't just going to go in the garbage when I got home was missing--evidently, I'd dropped it. So I turned around and went back the way I came, back to the sidewalk and toward the dirt road entrance. When I got to the entrance, I saw something white on the road a few yards away, I walked up to it, and thankfully, it was the envelope that I'd dropped. Now I need to open said envelope and see what it is.
