I know it's after 1 pm here in Daytona Beach as I type this. And, a hot one at that. At last check it was 90 with a high of 91. Two degrees higher than planed or predicted yesterday. We have a possibility of storms later this afternoon. So, instead of lazing about the house this morning, I got up and out of bed. I managed to not only get out a half hour sooner, but make good time with my wheelchair today. I'm very proud of myself for that.I worked up a sweat, but made it inside before it really hit hard. Hoping I can keep it up.

Yeah, I know. I always try to adapt things so I get out sooner during the summer months. I also made good time, too. So, that's always a plus. Besides, getting out sooner, I avoid school busses.

@kaylachan Has been like that a few weeks. Better than the 100's we had before that. Then the feels like is higher.

I am glad you made good time. It is in the md 80's here I think still feels pretty warm though. Probably going to turn on the AC when I get up.

We had a beautiful just nice day until about 2:30, then the heat hit.
The sun was hiding behind the clouds, but its out and in full force.
I had to shut the windows and crank on the a/c to finish the day.
Late summer, gotta love the changes it brings.
