If I Ask Myself, ''Are You Talking to Yourself?'' in the Third-Person, Who Answers?

(Although now that I think about it, I'm speaking to myself "in the second-person" ... the third-person is spoken in the present, 'remembering what the other two people said')
This question is one that comes up when I think about 'vloggers' ("oral reporters" on Youtube (and Vimeo & Facebook etc.))---thinking 'Who do they think they're talking to?'
I mean; back in the day, Hank and John Green knew they were basically talking to each other ... and 'all of us who tuned into their communiqués' (the Nerdfighters) knew that that's who they were talking to (each other!)
But now we've got tons of "oral report"-givers ending their oral reports with "I'll see you next time" ... they see us---in their imaginations.

I usually talk to ... well, they're real people (I really interact with In Real Life (IRL)), but I'm imagining them when I talk to myself---I think of it as 'rehearsing what I'm going to say to them in a future conversation.'
