what are you afraid of?
i don't have anxiety before visiting dentist, so i can't really help you with that.

@dya80dya hmm i understand you, many people feel that way when going to the dentists. sometimes it's because they're not used to going to dentists or because of bad experience before.

I do indeed I am frightened because each time I go, they mess up my teeth.
Well not much I can do except try to calm myself.

I don’t. I guess I have so much dental work in my mouth that I got used to it.
Let me give you a hint: if you’re able to take it, take a couple of Tylenol (acetaminophen) a couple of hours before the appointment. It’ll help ease any pain. (Aspirin is a blood thinner, so that might make you bleed more.)
