Today an icon of the French cinema, Jean-Luc Godart, has died.

Jean-Luc Godart was one of the directors who changed the way of making cinema during the 60s. His first mayor film. Breathless, made him known to all the world.
Today at 91 years of age, he died with assisted death in Switzerland (a country where that sort of death is legal).
May he rest in peace. For those of us who knew of his work, he made a big difference in our lives.

He certainly was blessed with a long life and I am sure he left a lot of his work to be seen by future generations,

He was one of the 3 most important members of the French nouvelle vague of the 60s.
