My brain is fried today because I was confused about paperwork that I was doing.

Thinking all day
Wondering what I should do.
Now my brain is fried.

I say "haiku style" because it has the 5-7-5 syllable count. If anyone wants to gripe at me, yes, I know the poems not about nature. I just felt like writing it.

Oh, are haikus only supposed to be about nature? I did not know that.

That's what someone griped at me about once when I wrote something that I said was a "Haiku", and they said something to the effect that "This is not a Haiku. Haikus are about nature." Guess they were some sort of "expert".

This is a Japanese style of poem writing. Your first line has only 4 syllables. Is it okay?
