Weather Change affects our health. Do you feel the same??!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too. The weather change is happening constantly since few days over here.
In a day, different weathers are on and off over here. Sometimes it's cloudy, sometimes it rains and sometimes it's sunny.
I feel due to constant weather change our health is affected. As you guys mostly know that I am having neck pain since many months now and taking treatment. My neck pain aggravates because of the constant changes despite taking medicines and hot water bag.
Today it's raining for most of the day. I hope and pray that there aren't much weather changes in coming days and weather gets better. Does your health gets affected too?? What precautions you are taking for your good health? Let me know. Have a good day!! Take care!!

Some people with arthritis find they have more stiffness and pain as the humidity rises.

Weather changes can affect our moods which indirectly impacts our health. I hope there is some improvement in your health condition. Aside from the medication you are taking, have you considered your sleeping position might have contributed to the problem?
