I thought I was going to be working on the hiring HR papers today, but yesterday the HR lady asked me if I'd filled out the papers on this DocuSign site.
She sent them to me again, but when I clicked, I didn't go to DocuSign, the papers downloaded. 
Instead of trying to fill them out, I messaged her back and told her that they downloaded, I wasn't taken to the DocuSign site, so what was I supposed to do?
I have never been through a hiring process so ridiculously confusing...

Are you applying for a job? It's a must. Filling up of form isn't hard.
