Beach cleanup drive started by the youth of Surat City!!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too. I would like to inform you all that recently on Sunday, a beach cleanup drive was organised by the youth in Surat city on Sunday. Here there is Dumas Beach located in the outskirts of Surat city. Every weekend a lot of people visit this beach along with friends and family. This last Sunday, the youth of my city had conducted a "Cleanliness Drive" in which lot of youth had participated to clean the beach. As much as 1,200 tons garbage was collected by the youth which is alarming. I hope people are made aware of not doing wasteage on beach in order to conserve the environment. This is a great activity. I hope people will realize the trash has a bad effect on the ocean a lot and therefore we shall not damage the environment.

No dear. I don't stay near beach. It's in the outskirts, not in city. Yes it's a good initiative
