Praying for Your Prodigal

Does anyone have a child that has gone astray? Maybe they are struggling with their faith. Maybe they are in a state of rebellion. Maybe they are being swayed by ungodly influences. Whatever the case, don't give up on them. The one weapon we parents always have, and also our greatest weapon, is prayer. Pray all throughout the day. Be honest with God and allow Him to heal your heart and direct you in making restoration when your child returns.

I totally agree. We always need prayer in good and bad situation, asking God his protection and instruction for everyday... we cant go on with life without God's instructions.
Dealing with our family members and friends who are really rebelious -- I agree that we need to battle them in prayer. Thank you for such a nice information and reminders for everyone.

i hope God hears prayers of these parents.
and don't forget that it can also be other way around - religious kid and not religious parents. maybe sometimes we should accept it as the God's will...
