Benefits of Sunlight for a good health!!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too. As most of you know that I take walk in morning on terrace and often get good sunlight. There are a lot of benefits of Sunlight like it helps to get better sleep, it strengthens our bones as Sunlight provides Vitamin D which is essential for bone strength. It also helps to improve our immune system thereby preventing cancer risk, heart problems etc. Apart from physical health, it's also good for mental health as it helps to get relief from depression. It's also found that everyday exposure to sunlight helps to live a longer life as well. It's said that soaking sun for 20-30 mins is good for health. Let me know your thoughts about it. I try to soak in sunlight in morning for as much as I can. I feel good absorbing all that sun in morning. Have a good day!! Take care!!

Because clouds are still there on the sky we are getting sunlight for short intervals. But that's a blessing.
