Here we go with another bear story from Black Forest Colorado where a bear that was seen underneath the front porch of a home on Sunday.
The owners of the home called 911 to report the bear sighting to the authorities. Officials of the Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) came to the home where the bear was located.
The CPW official decided to use paintballs to get the bear to get out from underneath the home where the bear wanted to get away from the heat outside of the home.
After the bear was hit by paintballs and the noise of a taser to force the bear to leave the home and go back to the woods since had the bear decided to stay underneath the home of the owners of the home, the bear would enter the home and search for a meal.
The other option that the CPW official could have used would have been to kayo the bear with a tranquilizer gun and take away from the home.
The problem with that method would be that the bear would ear tagged which would mean the next time the bear gets into trouble, the poor bear would be put to sleep.
Since we are near winter, the bears will be visiting places that will have food available so they can take their winter naps.

I agree with you that the bear that was seen underneath the home was not harmed by the wildlife official.

Are the woods not fenced to prevent the bears from going to people's houses?

No there are no fences in the woods area in some places which I wonder why safety measures are not used until a tragic event happens.

@Nakitakona The exact number of bears in the woods is not known since wildlife officials do not give out the approximate number.

@Deepizzaguy That would be too dangerous. How many bears are there in the woods?

Poor bears are probably thinking why they are being abused when all they want is some food

That is very true since most persons do not realize that bears eat out of necessity.

I would not mess with a real life bear at all.

I'm glad that the bear wasn't harmed and that it didn't harm anyone.

Same with me since it breaks my heart to see a bear get killed by a wildlife official until it is a last resort.

Thank goodness the bear was not harmed when the wildlife official let him go away to the woods.
