When I first read the headline that an alligator that was seen swimming in a pool at a water park was a case of the animal getting out of his water home. In this case a water park in Decatur named Splash Cove an alligator named G who is 39 years of age was taken by his handler to the water park after it was closed since the end of the season for customers to visit ended earlier this year. The reptile who is 12 feet and 300 pounds who is pretty old is making his first and most likely last visit outside of his enclosure near the park. The visit to the water park happened recently. It is something new besides stories on this site besides the stories of alligators visiting restaurants, schools and other places around the world.

This is a case of if I didn't see it, I wouldn't believe it.

@allen0187 The handlers of the alligator did bring the animal in to take a swim in the park since the alligator is up there in age.

I was thinking the same thing that an alligator would take a swim inside of a waterpark that was closed to the public is kind of odd.

@RubyHawk The water park pool was a lot larger than his regular home.

That just gave me a chuckle. Imagine the ride full of people in tubes and below their feet this alligator lol

I know what you mean since had the alligator been in the pool with the people riding in the tubes would have screamed their lungs out seeing the alligator with them.

The alligator deserved his senior years of life swimming in a pool at a water park that is closed.

The alligator in the water park is even larger than the alligators that I shared stories of in my previous posts.
