POSH should also be the privilege of men and not only of the women at a work place.

POSH- Prevention of Sexual Harassment is a legal right that women can exercise at the work place whenever they feel unsafe among the or men or men at office try to hurt or exploit them sexually. However there are some women who try to entice men or try to seduce them and if men ignore their advances they try to trap them by raising POSH against them. How do you think men should protect themselves from such false allegations. So if men too get the privilege of raising a POSH against women, false cases against men would reduce. What's your opinion?

That's the problem. To prevent that, there should be a witness or else it will be difficult to defend.

In India the women's complain is accepted without any witness because they know she can't arrange a witness for a false case.

@aninditasen That would be unfair on the part of the men who are good. They may plan it to trap the innocent men.

@Nakitakona That's what's happening in India now. Men are losing their jobs for no fault of theirs.

Oh yes indeed it is very difficult these days to be a man as he can be accused so wrongly. I think he must be sociable but very guarded and careful.

Nowadays legal protection should be given equally to men and women as both have become vulnerable.

That should be but in India it isn't the privilege of men.
