Soak up the Sun

Who loves to soak up the sun? I sure do! The more research I do into natural healing, the more I find out that the sun is necessary to good health.
I can testify that I feel so much better when I spend a little, each day, in the sun. Perks of soaking up the sunshine:
1. The best source of Vitamin D3 is the sun.
2. Sunshine is a natural disinfectant.
3. Sunshine is a natural pain killer (I know this personally).
4. The sun helps regulate the immune system.
5. It promotes proper blood flow.
6. Sunshine helps reduce inflammation.
7. The sun increases relaxation.
These are just a few therapeutic effects of the sun.
So, I for one love the sun. Can't wait to get some time outside tomorrow.
