By the time I am posting this, I have already seen GreatMartin's post on this subject. I am sure that more people would also have shared their updates. Anyways, the news here talks about declaration of emergency in Florida due to Hurricane Ian. Some first hand experiences of rescues in very tough conditions. The Hurricane seems to have reduced to a Tropical storm in between. Yet with 70 to 80% households without water supply and Electricity, I can imagine the residents ' travails. Praying that the situation gets normal soon enough! News Link :
Hurricane Ian made landfall on Florida's west coast Wednesday afternoon as a powerful Category 4 storm.

@CarolDM Yes and for some it could mean losing money, valuables and even Documents. Let's hope that the local and state governments extend all possible help.

I am hoping and praying that the electrical power in the affected areas will be quickly restored since I am sure that work crews from around our nation will be on the streets soon.
