I'm back - Loan Restructuring Program

Hi there. Good afternoon from my end. It's 1:14pm of Friday here. Hope you're doing well today. Today is my rest day. I don't know my plans yet for Friday and Saturday rest days. I ended up my night work shift at 4:01am. And since, it's too early to go home, I'll need to go to our office sleeping quarters. I did a nap from 4:18am up to 7:30am. That's a little longer to stay on the area. We're only allowed to take a nap in the sleeping quarters for 4 hours. After I woke up at 7:30am, I decided to go to our cafeteria to eat my breakfast and proceeded to the Human Resource Department to ask the process regarding my Social Security System (SSS) loan restructuring program. I had a SSS loan on pending for payment since 2012 from my previous company. I didn't complete the loan payments as a result with that, interest and penalties showed in my SSS account as I've seen on the website. Not only double but tripled from the remaining amount to be paid. The Human Resource Head told me, they can't send a request for deduction to the Accounting Department and suggested to contact the SSS branch nearby for loan restructuring process. So, I've gone to the SSS branch in my area. I have lots of time to attend any issues about my SSS account. But sad to say, they have new policy of catering any enquiries in the branch as well to other branches. My SSS number ended with number 7. In view of this, they can't attend my enquiry because I'm scheduled for Thursday only. Here's how it goes... Monday = SSS numbers ending in 1 and 2 Tuesday = SSS numbers ending in 3 and 4 Wednesday = SSS numbers ending in 5 and 6 Thursday = SSS numbers ending 7 and 8 Friday = SSS numbers ending in 9 and 0 I'll try my luck again on next week (Thursday), although I have a work shift at night.
