Sweet and sour pork

Yum! My husband suggested I make sweet and sour pork since I found the sauce that was gluten free for our son. Which is at times hard to find but I found it at the other Walmart that is 30 minutes out.
So I chopped up some pork chops started cooking them on the stove top and draining the fat out added pepper the sweet kinds and then added the sweet and sour once the pork was cooked.

Never had like that but this is a common Chinese dish usually I like mine with chicken instead of pork

Looks yummy but the sweet and sour sauce looks different from asian. It should be red in color, a mixture of tomatoa dn chilli sauce with oyster saauce
