Durga Puja is an emotion

Durga Puja is nothing less than an emotion here in Kolkata! Pandal hopping, strutting the busy streets, eating out, meet-ups with friends and family...all of it makes Durga Puja way more special than it already is...Durga Puja bears nostalgia. It's a heritage. Today is Saptami. The day started out well for me. I will be meeting up with some of my school friends and hopefully we will go out for pandal hopping.

I am at home today. I prayed, recited the Chandi Pat. Tomorrow I am going to the Durga mandir to offer my prayers for Astami.
