I am having dilemma in my life currently!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too.
As most of you know that my mom had a fall from stool. Yesterday me and brother went along with her to doctor for further checkup.
The doctor has said that she has minor fracture and given medicines for 20 days. He said not to worry as she will be fine.
My brother has kidney stones problem and will go under surgery in next week. I have come across a job opportunity but I guess have to let it pass as I need to look after my mom and brother.
There is a dilemma I am facing as what to do. I don't want to keep helper and all but look after them myself as don't believe in keeping help as I am very close with my family.
I hope and pray that I am able to take right decision. Let me know your thoughts or advise on it. Have a good day!! Take care!!

You will be the right person to take that decision. Would be better if you involve your mom and brother too. They might give a good suggestion as it's concerning them and they too are very close to you.
Is there a way you can talk to these people and explain them the family situation? You can request them to push the date by some time. They do so in family emergency situation.

@Rashnag Hope all goes well. November gives you few weeks to be with your family and take care of them. Kidney stone surgery is a minor one and takes few days to recover. Your mom should also feel better by then.

I respect all girls/women not only because they are hard working or caring. but also they have inbuilt ability of decision making in them and sacrifice they make for everyone in their family.
I wish your mom recover soon and so your brother.
