Ecom Express delivery boy misbehaves with us.

Today the delivery boy from Ecom Express came and misbehaved with my son and me and went away with my prepaid order. He was trying to avoid coming to our house and wanted me to collect the order from a place half a kilometer from my house which is totally illegal.
This courier service has been appointed by jiomart to deliver their products they get from outside my city. Don't you This delivery boy should be taught a lesson. I have informed the police as well as jiomart company.

Yes, it was wrong indeed. My product was delivered by some other delivery boy the next day.

What an idiot. He thinks he could intimidate you. He's delivering a product. Something's wrong with this guy,they should fire him

Yes, I don't think he is fit for the job and might have been fired by now as his name has gone to the police. I had complained to the police. My product was delivered by another delivery boy the next day.

Police?! I guess the delivery boy did something more than just 'misbehaving'.
I was facing a similar kind of hassle returning a defective product with Flipkart lately. The pick up guy refused to pick up from home and was heckling us to take it to their hub which is like 3-4 kms from our house.

He was about to assault my son. My son quickly closed the gate. Therefore I had to inform the police. Today another delivery boy delivered the product. Here at least the flipkart and Amazon boys are good.
