So the lady who wants me to feed her cat says to meet her at her apartment at 2:30. I go over there early, and the door is wide open. The cat is sitting there looking at me like, "Who are you?" I knock a couple of times but no one comes, then I call the lady on my phone. She says she's not there yet but could I please close the door and she'd call me when she got home.
Now It's 3:32 by my computer clock--an hour after she said to meet her.
Don't know if I'll hear from her today. Guess something came up.

I think that the lady you were suppose to meet today had to deal with an emergency today.

Must have been an unexpected emergency if she left the door open. At least the cat was there guarding the place.
