The Laxmipuja brings people together.

On full moon day Kojagori Laxmipuja is celebrated in India by the Hindus. Kojagori in bengali is called ke jagore meaning who is awakened as the full moon makes the night full of light. Mud idols of Goddess Laxmi is brought and flowers and fruits are offered to the Goddess along with food grains and sweets. Many friends and neighbours are invited. There is exchange of thoughts and love.
