My account is gone?

Anyone using todoist here?
I have an account in todoist for years already.
But today when I open it. I can't login anymore.
I have a lot of good personal information stored there.
I can't believe they remove my account.
Without considering they delete my data there.
They don't respect their users data.
I have currently on a point to not use todoist anymore or to create my own To Do app.
I know it's free but I hope they respect their users.
I'm in dismay.
You guys using todoist?

The site says they cannot delete your account, that only you can.
