Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too.
I need a break since long time in my life. I haven't gone outside. Before pandemic, my dad was ill and mom too so was taking care of them. Then my dad passed away in 2021 January.
Now mom has broken her leg, having minor fracture. Other hand, my brother has got kidney stones problem and hence laser surgery will be performed.
Brother is always busy with her work so couldn't go out much. I am taking treatment for depression and handling all this. I am so stressed, trying to calm my mind in order to manage the situation. I am having constant hairfall too.
I need a break for a day or two. Let's see when I am able to take break and get some change in life. Have a good day!! Take care!!

Given the situation, you really need a break. Do you have any close friend you can talk to? Or do something you're interested in?

You can take a stroll in the garden if you have one and do some meditation. This will calm you and keep you away from depression.

Life can be stressful, and we all need a break from time to time. You have a lot going on.

I hope things get better for you? Do your mother or brother have any advice?

It is a tough situation you are in, and I can really wish things get better for you soon.
However, as I read through your post, I also felt a sense of helplessness from your family.
sometimes we just need to remind people around us that we cannot be taken for granted. again I may be wrong in what I interpreted.
And you definitely need to go out..not saying a vacation or something but you need to have some part of your daily life with people outside these regular members of your life..I feel that will help more than depression pills.
Also listening to music or watching some movies/ web series could also be a stress buster.
