Just ended my night workshift at 1am

Hi there. How are you doin right now? Hope you're doing well. Just dropping by here to share about my experience in my work. We had a scheduled training with our UK customer service representatives in how to deal with the angry customers at 4pm to 8pm (Manila Time); 9am to 1pm (UK Time). We've learned a lot with this. There's a continuation of this tomorrow 4pm to 1am (Manila Time). Then, after our 4-hour training earlier, we took our lunch at 8pm to 9pm. Then, we go back online to attend customers query from 9pm to 1am. Just to let you know, I got my promoter survey with my first customer. And also scored 100 with my QA. Although, overall. Month to date is going downhill because out of 15 surveys, I only got 8 promoters, 4 passives and 3 detractors. That makes me on the 104th in ranking. Total number of advisors in the US Market are 108th only. In this moment, I'm not thinking of I'm the lowest in the team. I'm just thinking that there's a lot of excel.
