The Batabari tea estate in Dooars is very famous for the tea plantations. The varieties of tea that are sold and marketed include the CTC tea. It means the process includes crush tear and curl. It is one of the forms of black tea which are exported to different parts of the world. There is a showroom where the history of the sale of the tea is exhibited for last 50 years.

yes Aidaa tourists are allowed to enter the tea garden.

@sickly09 thanks aidaa the great part is that on one side there are the tea gardens. In the south there is Bangladesh in the north it is Nepal in the west it is China and Tibet and in the east it is Bhutan. So all the countries are connected by the Himalayas
