Many of the Indian breakfasts became very popular and spread to neighbouring countries as well. One of the examples is aloo ka paratha. It is a kind of bread made out of potatoes. I found the lovely breakfast in Darjeeling in India, Thimphu in Bhutan, Pokhara in Nepal. The breakfast is delicious on a winter morning.

This breakfast is something that I too enjoy. We can have it with pickle or curd or butter.
It tastes even better when we are in the Inter State Travel.
And of course, even better on a Winter Morning!!
